Manor Solomon keen on permanent move to Leeds United

Manor Solomon is eager to stay on at Leeds United following their promotion to the Premier League, and he might cost in the region of £15 million.

According to Give Me Sport, Leeds United have a big chance to keep hold of Manor Solomon as the winger might prefer to stay put. The Israel international has had a sensational season at Elland Road, as a bid in the region of £15 million could help seal the deal with Tottenham ahead of the summer.

Manor Solomon chose to join Leeds United last summer on loan when it became clear that Tottenham did not want him as part of their plans. Despite playing in Ange Postecoglou’s first season, injury issues then restricted a proper run in that team, with the Australian coming in with fresh ideas as an alternative for the 25-year-old.

He chose Leeds United over Getafe as per the report as the Spanish side were probably looking at him as a replacement for Mason Greenwood at that point. Over at Elland Road, Solomon has established a solid reputation of being ‘unplayable’ following his exploits in a successful Championship season.

Manor Solomon has nine goals and 11 assists for Leeds United in their Championship season and provided two of those assists in the 6-0 demolition of Stoke City which sealed their promotion to the Premier League. Leeds United are expected to seal a permanent move, as they were anyway thinking about extending his stay in one form had they not gained their promotion back to the top flight.

It appears, Solomon is interested in sealing a permanent move to Leeds United and experiencing Premier League football once again. He has been in the top flight for two seasons, one with Fulham and the other with Tottenham. Hence, as things stand Leeds are expected to beat the competition for the winger, as they will open talks with Tottenham to find a solution for the transfer.

Tottenham will accept a £15 million bid for Manor Solomon

Tottenham are open to selling Solomon in the summer, as a £15 million bid could be enough to secure the winger in the summer. There are some other clubs keen on the Israel international, although it is his preference as per the report to continue with Leeds United ahead of the new season.

Talks should commence over the £15 million-rated Tottenham misfit soon enough, with Leeds United happy with the attacker’s performances this season. They will also hope his experience in the top flight comes in handy next term, as Leeds United will be targetting a rather longer stay in the Premier League compared to what some of their other Championship rivals have experienced of late.
