Once mentioned as one of the biggest talents in Belgian football, Zakaria Bakkali has now completed a move to the Moroccan first division.
With the move being confirmed yesterday, Bakkali has signed a contract with Ittihad Riadhi de Tanger, a club that currently sit in tenth place in the Botola Pro 1.
Bakkali went through the renowned youth ranks of PSV and was touted for a career at the highest level. However, that never fully came to fruition despite passing through the ranks of Valencia, Deportivo de La Coruña, Anderlecht, Beerschot and Waalwijk.
He moves to the Ibn Batouta Stadium after being without a club since July 2024.
