It’s good news for Go Ahead Eagles this week as the club was informed on Thursday that the municipality of Deventer has granted the building permit for the renovation of De Adelaarshorst Stadium.
Go Ahead submitted that request to the municipality at the end of last year. The club has now received clarity about it, stating:
“The renovation consists of renewing and expanding the B-side and the IJsseltribune, and improving the facilities for supporters of the visiting club.”
“After the renovation and conversion of the main stand and the Leo Halle stand a few years ago, this permit allows us to start the next phase of making our beautiful stadium on Vetkampstraat more modern, safer and future-proof.”
